One Vision is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for the Fort Dodge area!
Wednesday 6:am - 6:pm and every other Weekend 12:pm - 4:pm.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will support individuals with daily living skills such as: housekeeping, laundry, cooking, use of personal technology devices, hygiene, grocery shopping, budgeting and self-administration of medication in a home environment.
While supporting people with disabilities, you will learn about their individual differences in abilities, personality, interests, learning, motivation, and personal preferences. You will have the opportunity to train and develop individuals while encouraging community engagement. You will be responsible for driving individuals you support to appointments and leisure activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma/ GED required.
- Basic computer skills are needed to complete online documentation.
- Current driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Physical ability to use equipment to lift people who cannot lift themselves.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Willingness to complete required job training and certifications.
