**Overview:**
Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk/Adminsitrative Assistant and play a vital role in maintaining financial records, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic financial environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, posting payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
-Call unpaid invoices daily to collect payment.
-Place outstanding accounts into collections.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-Answer phone calls, schedule maintenance appointments/emergency service calls.
-Weekend on call for answering phones will be required every other weekend. (REMOTE)
Ideal candidate will have some HVAC experience.
Health insurance and 401K is offered to candidate after 90 days.
Hours are 8:00 to 5:00 with a 1 hour lunch break.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
