High school diploma/ GED 2-3 years of experience in an office environment performing clerical duties and receiving multiple inbound calls.

Acts in a courteous, professional, customer focus manner
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
Proficient with MS Office and Quickbooks
Ability to Multi-Task
Ability to take down customer orders and input information accurately into the companys dispatch system.
