Desired Qualifications:
- Electrical apprentice experience of 1 plus years preferred, but willing to train the right individual
- Ability to sufficiently communicate with individuals at all levels within the company
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Minnesota State driver license
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work overtime and weekends/flexible schedules if needed
- Professional attitude and appearance with a strong work ethic
- Be able to spend significant time standing and walking on construction sites in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, successful working independently, and thrive within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to apply knowledge in an effective manner.
- Valid drivers license and the ability to pass both a criminal background check and pre-employment substance test is required.
- Experience driving a full sized pickup truck with an enclosed trailer attached.
- Ability to easily move around the worksite throughout the day and regularly lift and/or move 50lbs.
This is a traveling position and you must be comfortable being on the road M-F.
- 75-90% overnight travel throughout the Midwest.
- Per diem is $150/night when you are 60 miles from our shop in Shakopee (you may keep whatever per diem you do not spend).

While a large part of our work is done on the tower top by our tower technicians, there is a whole other scope of work that must be done on the ground by our civil and electrical department.
