This means that you have to show that you have the soft skills to work with clients in not only a harmonious way, but also have the courage to disagree with a client's desired actions if you know that these actions are not best for the client. We don't believe in "the customer is always right". If you are a true fiduciary, it means you don't always agree with what a company wants you to do, or a client that is on the wrong path.
Provable Success While we believe everyone deserves a "shot", this position is only for those that can prove success. You will have to demonstrate that you have the ability to:
- Ability to produce a comprehensive financial plan in Emoney. (If you have used other software's like Right Capital, Navi-Plan, or Money Guide Pro, this is acceptable)
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in opening a prospect all the way to closing and acquisition of assets under management.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, asset management strategies, and cash management techniques.
- Familiarity with wills, trusts, estate law, and related legal frameworks is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in financial analysis and customer relationship management.
- Previous experience in banking or financial sales is a must.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
