What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at One World Direct?
A CSR is responsible for managing and responding to inbound customer service and order processing contacts for One World Directs' many client's. The role of the CSR includes but is not limited to; answering customer questions, solving customer issues and completing order processing. A CSR is expected to exhibit a high level of quality customer service consistent with OWD guidelines. CSR's may at times, be asked to take on additional responsibilities such as problem forms, manual orders or other duties as assigned.

*Staying current on client changes
*Some Up-selling and cross-selling involved

Minimum Requirements
*High school or GED equivalent required
