About the Role

As a  Senior Sales Account Manager , you will be key in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a  dynamic, results-driven sales professional  with  B2B experience  who wants to make an impact in the IT and events industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide detailed reports and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities for account growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technology offerings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in  B2B sales , preferably as an  Account Manager  or in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to develop new business and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – confident over the phone and in person.
  • Proficiency in  CRM systems.
  • Experience in  IT / Technology sales  or  the events industry  (preferred but not required).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
