What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Sales Associate position at One World Ventures?
- As a Junior Sales Associate you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of our Sales Team.
- Not only will you have support and guidance through every step of training, but you will also have a system database that will provide you with resources to enhance sales margins.
- Outreach potential customers directly to promote our brand, educate consumers on our products, and inform them of product availability.
- Assist Sales Team with sales strategies and execution.
- Shared responsibility with the Sales Team for sales KPI’s/budget delivery of revenue/margin.
- Customer Order Entries in the Sales Traq System. Update/Allocate as needed.
- Check Daily the Scale Daily Report to extract tested products and create availability report for Trim Sales.
- Assign trim bins and boxed beef to orders depending on quantity, max age, and delivery date.
- Sub products as needed and update customers’ orders.
- Maintain excel trim inventory report current to compare against system availability.
- Monitor trim and boxed beef availability inventory in OWB PMS - ATP system
- Work closely with the Sales Team for order pricing.
- Coordinate/communicate with customers regarding their orders, account statuses and relevant matters.
- Responsible for managing customer product mix and volumes to support plant operation excellence and efficiencies.
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate customer orders for timely delivery.
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
- Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business relationship that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
- Conduct and complete any other duties assigned.
