PM Server - Part-time

Summary/Objective

We are looking for a part time server who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality. As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who can be flexible with work hours. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees.

• Able to articulate the vision of the restaurant
• Creates and maintains harmony and restores harmony if ever disrupted
• Handles personnel conflict in the appropriate manner
• Show steady progress to develop themselves
• Certified in safety and security to ensure the safety of the team
• Welcomes customers by determining their interests and needs
• Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers
• Ring up goods and collect payments
• Ensure pricing is correct
• Issue change, receipts, refunds, or ticket
• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Keep reports of transactions
• Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Conduct and complete any other duties requested by Management

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part time position. We are open 7 days a week with flexible hours assigned by Management. This position can regularly require long hours.
