Roof Custodian

1. Daily roof round inspections to look for any deficiencies of the Refrigeration/Ventilation system and report it to the Lead/Supervisor.
2. Cleaning of the roof; pressure wash or mop as necessary.
3. Perform minor roof repairs.
4. Maintain equipment integrity.
5. Collect and dispose of trash.
6. Assist on assigned duties, inspections and repairs.
7. Basic air conditioning system knowledge and repairs
8. Other duties as assigned.

9. The ability to learn advance air conditioning and refrigeration process
10. Experience with special chemicals (ammonia) for refrigeration a plus
11. Ability for training and obtain ammonia operator certificate.
