Essential Functions
- Monitor boilers and refrigeration equipment
- Understand the basic refrigeration and steam process and process flows.
- Understand system control set points and safe operating parameters.
- Understand facility operating temperature requirements
- Understand the basic functions of equipment and overall safety systems
- Follow safety program and work practices
- Maintain open and professional line of communication with maintenance and operations.
- Follow food safety and good manufacturing practices
- Other duties as assigned
