What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Specialist position at One World Ventures?
- Assist and Maintain production schedule for OWB Brands.
- Direct product allocation.
- Maintain daily internal communication with sales team, production staff, customers and vendor partners.
- Create and review daily/weekly production and sales reports with scheduling manager, sales, production and procurement. Communicate ongoing status, changes, and issues to management team.
- Communicate customer specific requirements to production to include codes, packaging, age, availability and special requirements when orders are placed.
- Work with quality control to resolve pending and/or potential issues.
- Forward production planning and availability.
- Communicates goal performance status and corrective actions monthly.
- Achieve and maintain technical knowledge of products and services.
- Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
- Conduct and complete any other duties assigned.
- Inventory Control Specialist for all programs, products and brands.
- Support Sales team in immediate needs and will cross train with customer support service team.
