Description : Overview
Models professionalism from proper use of PPE, integration of “living” JSAs and checklists.
Capable of independently supporting production operations.
Ensures proper execution of all field maintenance associated with production equipment.
Identifies “teachable moments” and presents information accurately, clearly, and concisely, in line with best practices.
Drives high standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Excels at all core expectations (sets the standard).
Responsible for the knowledge and oversight of Op 3, Op 2, Op 1 and SSE expectations.
Can effectively instruct, ensuring SSE through Op 3 meet or exceed their expectations and knowledge base.
Expert communicator, serving the company men, subordinates, and management.
Expert with supporting multiple job sites simultaneously.
Field visits with each member of your team to ensure personnel are properly equipped and trained to complete the tasks requested of them, they work safely and efficiently.
Expert at identifying and correcting problems on site (including maintenance).
Expert with job site logistics (plans, prepares, and communicates).
Understand and the ability to demonstrate all policies, procedures, standards for each customer we do business with. Ensure that all personnel understand and have the ability to demonstrate policies, procedures and responsibilities requested by the customer.
Assist with oversight of administrative duties such as but not limited to : Safety tailgate / training corners, scheduling truck issues / services, truck / tool audits, safety meeting attendance, site inspections.
Physical Requirements
Operators often need to lift heavy equipment and work long hours, sometimes in strenuous conditions.
Ability to navigate uneven terrain, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Long shifts, sometimes in extreme weather conditions, require physical and mental stamina.
Good eyesight is essential for spotting potential hazards and monitoring equipment.
Skills in handling tools and operating machinery with precision.
Able to lift 50-100lbs

Steel-toed boots
Flame-resistant clothing
Training Requirements
PEC / SafeLand.
CPR / First Aid
Additional training to be assigned as needed.

Must have at least 2 years Production experience.
Must be in good standing with all Client / Customers and all locations.
