Role Overview
The Account Director, Senior is responsible for achieving account targets by growing and retaining clients and by leading the account team to build and deliver strategies and programs that achieve outstanding business results for our clients on a sustainable basis.
Scope of Work
Outcomes / results are defined in collaboration with senior management and results are assessed from a relatively long-term perspective.
- Serve as an evangelist and trusted advisor of One10 products and services.
- Ensure accountability for customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction at every level.
- Cultivate senior relationships across internal departments and with external clients.
- Key point of contact for developing a personal client relationship with all of the key buyer personas in the client organization.
- In the area of organic selling opportunities, lay out the initial plan, build strategy, and mandate to convert plans to revenue for the client.
- Effectively map client business problems to One10 solutions. Quickly identify if a prospect does not meet the ICP.
- Identify opportunities to maximize profit and cross-sell solutions.
- Understand the total competencies of account team and build the most effective, dynamic and client-centric team to match the client requirements.
- Maintains extensive knowledge and research of outside environmental factors, such as changes in industry standards, new technologies and competing trends.
- Responsible to mentor, provide client servicing guidelines and access project progress at every level.
- Ensures that resources are wisely invested and aligned with the strategic goals and sales goals of the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
