What You Bring

  • Experience managing on-premises Exchange, file/print services, and server virtualization.
  • Proficiency in administering M365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
  • Knowledge of hybrid setups with Azure AD Connect and cloud security best practices.
  • Solid grasp of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, wireless, VLANs, and VPN technologies.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
  • Experience in supporting and maintaining Microsoft Teams environments, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Teams Voice solutions, including Direct Routing, call queues, auto attendants, and PSTN integration.
  • MSP Experience: 2 years
  • Customer Service Mindset: You’re great with people and always put clients first.
  • Salary Range: $65K - $85K
