Housekeeper – Immediate Opening. $14.00 hour at One51 Place Apartments in Alachua. Duties: As a member of the Housekeeping team, your duties include but are not limited to:

· Display an active and timely response toward staff, residents, and prospects on a daily basis.

· Assist other employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.

· Assist with Resident Retention Activities as assigned.

· Inspect and clean amenities several times a day, ensuring all areas meet RH Management standards for cleanliness.

· Touch ups. Clean, vacuum, dust, and remove trash for all common areas such as laundry rooms, clubhouse, offices, pool furniture, golf carts, model apartments, freshen target apartment, mini-models, and Market Ready Apartments (prior to move-in).

· Ensure optimum number of Market Ready Apartments available for leasing; must be able to complete 10 touch-up cleans a week.

Administrative tasks include, but not limited to: ensure all deadlines are met, ordering supplies within budget, organization of housekeeping closet or other supplies/tools, proper use of Purchase Request Forms. Properly use Housekeeping Checklist.

Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special requests.

Education and Experience:

To join our Housekeeping team, a high school or equivalent education is required. Housekeeping/cleaning experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.

· Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs.

· Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
