The Enrollment Specialist plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction for clients who have partnered with One80 for enrollment services and life insurance portability administration. This position involves quoting insurance policies, processing applications, and issuing policies across a range of life and health insurance products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and driven to meet critical timelines while ensuring compliance with service level agreements and industry regulations.
Your Impact:
- Process insurance applications for a variety of life and health products.
- Review submitted applications to ensure accuracy and completeness; follow up on missing or incomplete information.
- Verify applicant data through internal systems or direct contact with customers.
- Create and manage correspondence related to insurance policyholder notices.
- Prepare data and documentation for mail merges and policyholder communications.
- Respond to policyholder requests by generating and providing appropriate insurance documentation.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior experience in data entry or document review, ideally in an insurance company, third-party administrator, or related industry.
- Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
