The Investment Operations Analyst supports the Investment Division by conducting timely and accurate back-office investment operations. This role is responsible for validating the accuracy of investment transactions, confirming details with counterparties and resolving trade settlement issues by working with counterparties and the custodial bank. The Ops Analyst is also responsible for maintaining accurate data within investment systems.
What you will do:
- Confirm accuracy of trade details and resolve trade settlement issues in a timely manner.
- Complete daily derivatives collateral management process.
- Maintain a thorough data integrity process to ensure systems contain accurate information.
- Complete monthly NAIC ratings update process, stay current on NAIC rating requirements, and complete the annual filing process for applicable investments.
- Assist with corporate actions and alternative investment capital calls and administration.
- Ensure appropriate backup coverage and OneAmerica Way documents exist for key responsibilities.
- Act as a backup to others on the Investment Reporting & Administration team.
- Follow appropriate internal controls over investment processes.
What you will need:
- B.S./B.A. in Business-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance-related role
- Investment or financial operations experience preferred
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 05B

This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
