The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing and streamlining the Marketing Department's processes, enabling data driven decision making and monitoring campaign effectiveness. This role ensures the seamless execution of marketing initiatives by managing workflows, marketing platforms, and analytics tools while fostering alignment between cross-functional teams.

- Develops, implements and optimizes marketing processes and workflows to ensure efficient execution of campaigns and strategies.
- Oversees and analyzes marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Conducts market research and strategic planning to support product profitability and alignment with market demands.
- Conducts pricing analysis to maintain competitive positioning for products.
- Stays up-to-date on market trends and developments, identifying opportunities for new products or services and presenting recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new products.
- Designs and delivers training on marketing processes, tools and best practices for team members.
- Manages and coordinates vendor partnerships, ensuring seamless execution of events and marketing campaigns
- Develops and executes customer loyalty programs and communication campaigns, leveraging channels such as social media, online platforms, print media, etc.
- Coordinates promotional activities, trade shows, and events ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Negotiates contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality deliverables.
- Monitors and reports on marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational success.
