Office Job Brief:
The Operations Team Member will collaborate closely with the entire OneBeat Operations Team, including the Vice President of Operations, the Vice President of People and Culture, and fellow Operations Team Members. In partnership with these key stakeholders, the Operations Team Member will plan, direct, and coordinate various aspects of the organization’s operations to ensure seamless execution and support for events and initiatives
- Travel Coordination: Book travel arrangements for the OneBeat Tour Team and Leadership for regional competitions, national competitions, conventions, and other events as assigned. This includes but is not limited to booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Travel Communication: Write and publish detailed travel notes and itineraries for the OneBeat Tour Team and Leadership for events as assigned. Create and use event-specific Slack channels to communicate with travelers.
- Hotel Management: Contract hotel rooms, create hotel rooming lists, and manage accommodations for all events as assigned.
- Meal Program Management: Oversee and manage the meal program for all events as assigned.
- Document Preparation: Format and print programs and other event-related documents in a timely and professional manner.
- Awards Management: Calculate weekly awards restock numbers, restock award cases, and assist with the management and organization of the awards warehouse.
Office Support Responsibilities
- Assist with other operational and logistical functions for events as assigned, as needed.
- Help coordinate venue bookings for regional, national, and convention events as assigned.
- Provide coverage support for OneBeat events, including adjusting staff schedules as necessary throughout the season.
- Plan and execute various company events, including the annual tour team training event. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, hotel accommodations, meal programs, and party planning.
- Perform cross-department duties as needed.
On-the-Road Job Brief: The specific functions of an Assistant Director’s role while on-the-road will cover a wide scope of activities. This is because all events are not and will never be the same. During the regional, national, and convention seasons you will be scheduled to work pre-determined events. During weekends off the above-mentioned season, you will be on-call to assist the Tour Team and other Leadership Team Members as needed.
Responsibilities of the on-the-road position include but are not limited to:
- Monitor the progress of the execution of each task that has to do with the event while at the event.
- During the event serves as link between clients, dancers, parents, Tour Team members, venue representatives and vendors.
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients and venue.
- Supervise set-up and breakdown of events, as well as assist and supervise the Tour Team.
- Ensure that Tour Team and Faculty adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in the Tour Team Handbook.
- The ability to be an on-stage emceeing is a plus.
- Always Maintaining OneBeat standards.
- All other duties as assigned or designated.

The pay range for this role is:
45,000 - 50,000 USD per year(OneBeat East)
