Your Opportunity with Us
The Finance Operations Analyst is a focused and driven candidate who operates best in fast-paced environments. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Solutions, this role plays an integral part in overseeing daily financial operations for all of OneBridge Benefits, as well as providing analysis in troubleshooting a broad range of system and financial issues. This function is crucial to ensure our daily processing of transactions function at the highest level.
Essential Functions
- Develop and coordinate the execution of daily financial processing tasks, including running daily reports to pull transaction, deposit, and activity data.
- Perform daily cash movement to ensure sufficient funds to pay claims and fund investment trades
- Perform daily cash reconciliation of all bank accounts.
- Investigate and action daily debit card reconciling items between debit card vendor and the OneBridge system.
- Perform adjustments within the OneBridge system for miscellaneous adjustment relating to the treasury function.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets relating to finance and cash management responsibilities.
- Solve processing issues related to daily finance operations and follow up with the appropriate parties to complete the resolution.
- Assist Product Solutions team with investment onboarding and financial process building tied to new corporate initiatives.
- Assist Product Solutions team with troubleshooting various systematic issues, providing analysis and execution on short-term and long-term resolutions.
- On occasion, respond to on-call overnight issues with daily processing tied to investment reconciliation.
