Leading law firm is seeking a mid to senior level Labor & Employment Attorney for their New york City office. Ideal candidate will have 3-15 years of experience in labor & employment and / or civil litigation experience with demonstrated interest or background in employment law.

Qualifications :

  • Must be admitted to practice in New York
  • 3 years of Employment litigation experience
  • Familiarity with discrimination, wage and hour, and FMLA suits in NY
  • Excellent writing skills required
  • Knowledge of federal and state rules
  • Experience with pre-trial discovery

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a caseload involving employment litigation matters from inception to end
  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
  • Communicate with clients regarding legal counseling

    • Compensation Range 140k-200k DOE Comprehensive Benefits Package Hybrid
