What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner/Counsel - General Liability position at OneBridge Search?
Prominent firm is growing and seeking to add a Senior Counsel or Partner level attorney for their Los Angeles office. Ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas : General Liability, Construction, Transportation, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Professional Liability, Auto.
Portables are not required.
Responsibilities :
- Manage assigned cases
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Make court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications :
175k-250k (Base salary range can be adjusted accordingly DOE) Bonuses Comprehensive Benefits Package Hybrid or Mostly Remote
