Prominent firm is growing and seeking to add a Senior Associate or Counsel level attorney for any of their Southern or Northern CA offices, in Los Angeles, Orange County or San Francisco. Option to work fully remote.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas : General Liability, Construction, Transportation, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Professional Liability, Auto, Toxic Tort, Products Liability, Complex Commercial.
Responsibilities :
- Manage assigned cases
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Make court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications :
