Leading law firm seeks a Senior Associate or Counsel with 4 years of insurance coverage and/or coverage litigation experience for the growing Hartford, CT office. Ideal candidate will have either third-party and/or first-party claims experience.
Responsibilities:
- Draft coverage opinions and litigate coverage matters.
- Negotiate settlements of cases alongside clients with difficult coverage issues.
- Analysis of claims (CGL, property, professional liability etc.).
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in CT
- 4 years experience
- Strong research and writing skills
Salary Range140k-200k Comprehensive Benefits Package Remote/Hybrid
