Business Analyst | About You
As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects across both UI and backend systems. You have strong problem-solving skills and can communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable way. You thrive in a collaborative environment, are passionate about driving continuous improvement, and enjoy turning data analysis into meaningful business outcomes.
Business Analyst | Day-to-Day
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for both UI and backend systems.
- Define and document data requirements (output, rules, calculations) with clarity for technical teams.
- Create and maintain documentation (user stories, process flows, functional specs) to guide development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, QA, UI/UX) throughout sprint cycles to ensure successful delivery.
- Leverage Azure DevOps to track progress, manage user stories, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Business Analyst | Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record in complex analytics and solution delivery.
- Expert in writing clear and concise requirements for both UI and backend systems, ensuring business goals are met.
- Proficient in defining and documenting data requirements, including output, rules, and calculations for technical teams.
- Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodologies, successfully working within sprint cycles to drive project progress.
- Skilled in using Azure DevOps to manage tasks, user stories, and track project progress.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred, with an understanding of relevant regulations and data management practices.
