The Email Marketing Specialist will manage email campaign operations through the Marketo tech stack. This includes building, testing, and deploying various email campaigns. Additionally, they will support lead nurturing workflows, conduct A / B testing for optimization, and produce reports on campaign effectiveness.
This role is a critical component of the Growth Marketing team and plays a vital part in our buyer journey, customer engagement and overall conversions.
Requirements : Responsibilities :
- Manage email campaign execution and operations through the Marketo tech stack.
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and
- seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee the project management, quality assurance, and timely launch of weekly email
- marketing campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage the marketing calendar, including the scheduling, coordination, and execution of email
- campaigns and webinars.
- Apply basic knowledge of list segmentation techniques to optimize targeted email sends.
- Support the implementation of lead nurturing workflows to engage and convert prospects.
- Create reports on the effectiveness of email campaigns.
- Conduct A / B testing and implement strategies to optimize email engagement and conversion
- rates.
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
- Assist in the operations, execution, and promotion of webinars through email invitations,
- reminders, and post-webinar follow-up communications.
- Manage and resolve marketing-related support cases.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices. Identify emerging
- opportunities and technologies to enhance our marketing strategy and stay ahead of the
- competition.
- Assist where needed with the annual Raise conference.
- Support general marketing initiatives, tech stack, and projects.
