Our People and Culture Coordinator will report to our Director of People Experience, supporting our OneCause people experience through numerous initiatives such as our internal communications and culture committee and supporting external candidate experience in a partnership with recruiting initiatives. This is a Hybrid role and requires 2-3 days onsite.
Requirements
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Partner with our candidate experience manager on recruiting initiatives such as sourcing, resume review, phone screens, and scheduling.
- Assist in the administration of our OneCause people offerings (Including being the lead on portal administration for systems such as Calm, Egencia, Nectar, etc).
- Provide support and guidance to employees with questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Welcome our new team members by facilitating new hire orientation, onboarding, and account setup.
- Coordinate internal people and culture communications, such as our monthly newsletter and culture committee initiatives.
- Enhance awareness of OneCause by coordinating and representing the company at local, Indianapolis, networking events and career fairs.
- Serve as a backup to our OneCause Office Coordinator at our two Carmel, IN offices.
- Support various projects and programs centered around people and culture at OneCause.
What you already know and skills you bring:
- Experience with HRIS and /or applicant tracking systems.
- Technical savvy/aptitude to learn new systems.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Energetic and collaborative professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to execute tasks and initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Curious mind to explore and problem solve.
