The paid JUMPSTART Internship Program will expose interns to many facets of the Retirement and Wealth division. You will spend mornings rotating through other departments within the Retirement & Wealth division. The goal will be for you to obtain an understanding of all aspects of the business as this is important for the work and focus of our team.

The afternoons will be spent dedicated to working with the Investment Team. Responsibilities may include :
- Meeting with portfolio managers to perform due diligence on investment strategies
- Enhance understanding of MPT statistics and the ability to evaluate investment performance through quantitative techniques
- Gain a knowledge of Python and familiarity with how to utilize for financial analysis
- Help with company and / or industry analysis for OneDigital managed equity portfolios
- Assist in publication of weekly economic and market commentary
- Create / update charts and graphs for quarterly market communications
- Work independently and in collaboration to complete tasks in timely manner
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office products including Excel
- Involvement in the CFA® society or other similar program preferred
Qualifications :
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business or a similar field
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
Basic understanding of the investment industry and investment acumen
Effective in communicating to a variety of audiences both written and oral

Education, Training and Experience :
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $18 per hour.
