Summary :
The paid JUMPSTART Internship Program will expose interns to many facets of the Financial Services division and our broader workforce consulting services. The Wealth Solutions Intern will support the Field Success Manager and Vice President of Wealth Strategy in assessing the current state of platform adoption, marketing support, M&A firm onboarding pathways and help create plans to improve these areas for a better client and advisor experience. This role is in person in our vibrant Overland Park, KS office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Gain an understanding of OneDigital's Wealth Platform, our value proposition to our advisor teams and clients and go to market strategy.
- Assist in the creation and deployment of an evaluation process to understand the current state of new advisor team transitions, platform adoption, and marketing support.
- Use project management, interview skills and data visualization to identify gaps and areas for improvement and help create and refine plans to address them.
- Assist in the creation of materials to ensure a successful launch of the new platform adoption strategy.
Qualifications & Experience :
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $18 per hour.
