About the Position :
OneEnergy is seeking a Project Delivery Intern for our solar energy construction portfolio across the United States. The Project Delivery Intern is a full-time summer position that will report to the Sn Project Manager, Delivery in our Madison, WI office. This position will be supporting the execution of projects, starting with the engineering and procurement phase, and leading up to commercial operation. Qualifying candidates will have a demonstrated track record of success in working cohesively across several project support functions including development, engineering, construction, and finance to meet scheduled project completion dates.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinating and supporting the planning and active construction of multiple
- Assisting Project Manager(s) with submittal compilation, purchase orders, on-site job walk- throughs, change orders, request for information, pay application support and close-out
- Reviewing project schedules and assisting in the procurement of major
- Processing and managing RFIs and submittals, project closeout
- Reviewing and managing project quality
- Providing steady and reliable communication while also managing complicated schedules, budgets, contractors, people, risks, and other resources.
- Ensuring that all safety, quality, and environmental policies of the Company and project owners are followed by all project personnel.
