Our ideal candidate will work to strengthen OneGuard's relationship with new and existing customers by providing the best service in the industry.
Duties :
- Assist contractors by answering questions about warranty service and coverage
- Authorize contractors to proceed with repairs covered by home warranty claims
- Process and evaluate contractor invoices for completeness and accuracy
- Place orders over the phone or online for warranty parts and services
- Process home inspection reports accurately and efficiently
