Duties :
- Accept inbound customer calls and provide repair service by issuing work-orders to contractors for covered home warranty items
- Assist customers by answering home warranty questions and explaining coverage
- Follow-up with customers and contractors to ensure that service is performed in a timely manner, and with OneGuard's high standard of quality
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Learn and exhibit a solid understanding of our various warranty plans and options
- Recognize and act on opportunities to recommend and sell additional warranty coverage
- Accurately and efficiently process new warranty orders
