Job Description: CLINICIAN
Position Summary: The OneHeart model is unique. We eliminate the red tape to providing clinical services to produce better outcomes. Our campus is designed to help people escape poverty permanently. The OneHeart Clinician will provide counseling/therapy services to program participants enrolled at OneHeart. They will assist individuals in reaching goals to help them stabilize their lives and succeed on their transformation plans to leave the crisis of poverty. Salary depends on qualifications and level of experience, ranging from $63,000-$72,000/year. Benefit package includes health insurance, 401K, 22 days PPL, birthday holiday, and more. Reports to Transformation Director.
Duties:
1. Providing treatment, rehabilitation, and mental/behavioral health services to OneHeart clients
2. Providing symptom assessment and developing management plans
3. Providing counseling and psychotherapy services
4. Monitoring progress toward goals/objectives
5. Coordinating services with referral agencies (medical, social, psychiatric, etc.)
6. Providing individual clients with support and diagnosis for mental health issues
7. Developing therapeutic processes in alignment with overall transformation plan outcomes
8. Networking with OneHeart Partner Providers, Care Coordinators, as well as additional local agencies and other service providers to facilitate greater collaboration and appropriate referrals
9. Assisting in implementation and maintenance of relevant elements of the program, ranging from intake paperwork, data tracking, etc.
10. Maintaining effective working relationship with co-workers, social service agencies, and other nonprofit agencies
11. Maintaining case records in accordance with OneHeart’s policies and the laws governing privileged records as assigned
12. Documenting case notes, treatment plans, and client progress
13. Maintain a high standard of professionalism by continuing to stay current in respective field(s) through professional reading, training, and consultation
14. Attend staff meetings and other meetings as assigned by Transformation Director
15. Other duties as assigned
Requirements
1. Licensed as a CSW-PIP, QMHP, required
2. Experience with EMDR, CBT, DBT, and CAMS a plus
3. The candidate must hold a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field and meet licensing requirements for the State of South Dakota-required
4. Must be able to work both independently and as part of the larger transformation team
5. Must have at least 5 years’ experience conducting therapy/counseling- required

Pay: $63,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
