We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and supervisory skills, as well as excellent communication skills. CDM certification is required, and experience in long-term care settings is strongly preferred. SERV Safe or Sodexo certification is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of large-scale and therapeutic food preparation.
