Key Responsibilities:
- Record and manage resident health information, including vital signs and medication administration.
- Treat and dress wounds, administer injections, and supervise CNAs.
- Help residents maintain personal hygiene, mobility, and dietary requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
