Nurse Practitioner Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and performing various clinical tasks.
Job Summary:
- Collects required information from new residents for admission.
- Records health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administers medications and injections as needed.
- Treats and dresses wounds and bedsores.
- May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Assists residents with daily activities, such as dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitors food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
- Must work effectively as a team member.
- Valid LPN state license.
- In good standing with State Registry.

Salary:
$27.50 - $29.00 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour for evenings and nights.
