Summary :
This position provides administrative support for the Oneida Behavioral Health Manager and professional staff. This position requires good administrative skills and be professional, friendly, helpful, demeanor in working with co-workers and the public. Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor / schedule the Behavioral Health facility's conference rooms and audio / visual equipment.
- Answer and screen incoming calls and correspondence; determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel, ensuring professional telephone etiquette.
- Answer and screen incoming calls and correspondence; exercise judgment and respond accordingly; receive sort, log, and route mail.
- Welcome visitor and determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel, maintaining professional and courteous demeanor.
- Arrange travel, prepare and submit travel-related documents, and maintain travel information as necessary.
- Prepare correspondence, report, minutes, agendas, memos, forms, directories, resolutions, ordinances, and other documents and communications from drafts, recordings, or verbal instruction as requested.
- Edit and review all correspondence and documents for correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Maintain financial records; process accounts payable, purchasing and travel documents; prepare and issue receipts for payments.
- Create and develop effective presentation.
- Monitor and track departmental budgets; prepare reports as requested.
- Attend meeting and takes minutes as requested.
- Conduct research to resolve operational questions or issues; make recommendations to enhance the efficiency of administrative operations within Sports Betting.
- Establish and maintain an effective filing and retrieval system
- Provide direction to other clerical personnel by answering questions, training on office procedures or reviewing work if needed.
- Maintain and operate office machines, equipment, and computers. Perform or coordinate general maintenance and repair
- Photocopy, collate, scan, and file documents.
- Maintain inventory of office, mange and maintain contracts expiration dates, update, and maintain Enli inventory and iContracts software.
