LG2 Environmental Solutions (LG2) provides a wide range of quality, responsive environmental services across the United States. Their capabilities include archaeological and cultural resource assessments (terrestrial and underwater), natural resource assessment, and management.
LG2 has an immediate opening for Part Time as Needed Bird Monitor in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain a boat provided by LG2.
- Provide early morning boat transportation for LG2 bird monitor(s) to the Dredged Material Management Area (DMMA) 3D.
- Wait for bird monitoring to be completed on DMMA 3D (1-2 hrs), and provide transportation of LG2 bird monitor(s) back to the designated boat ramp.
- Maintain good communication with LG2 project manager regarding boat operation/maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience driving boats within Tampa Bay Harbor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced Captain with experience within Tampa Bay Harbor.
Compensation Range: $40/hr.
