O’Neill Healthcare Lakewood is looking for an Assisted and Independent Living Director to join our amazing team! This individual would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Assisted and Independent Living. Health care experience and familiarity with long term/assisted living required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the assisted and independent living facility, ensuring all departments function efficiently and effectively to provide high-quality care to residents.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review policies and procedures that comply with regulatory standards and promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
- Recruit, hire, and evaluate staff members, ensuring a competent workforce that meets the needs of the residents and adheres to professional standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among staff, residents, and residents’ families to address concerns, improve satisfaction, and enhance the living environment.
- Plan and oversee the execution of wellness and recreational programs that cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
- Conduct periodic assessments of the facility’s infrastructure and equipment, initiating upgrades or repairs to meet safety standards and enhance operational efficiency.
