As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring the CEO’s and executive team’s time and efforts are laser-focused on driving business success. You’ll be entrusted with responsibilities that require discretion, critical thinking, accuracy and a poised and professional demeanor.
What You’ll Do:
- Maximize the efficiency of the CEO and executives by managing schedules, coordinating follow-ups, and arranging travel and accommodations.
- Prioritizing and managing time sensitive commitments.
- Organize meetings, events, and conference calls with attention to detail, including agendas, logistics, and materials.
- Provide rapid, high-quality responses to requests, even during after-hours or weekends when necessary.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with executives, board members, Providers, and staff on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain detailed reports, handle confidential information with utmost professionalism, and anticipating the needs of the CEO and executive team and proactively addressing them.
- Be a reliable bridge between the executive team and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility.
- Process expenses, manage cost-control initiatives, and assist with financial tasks.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in all professional interactions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience supporting a C-Level executive, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, organization, and a sharp eye for detail.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle high pressure situations with professionalism, sensitivity and tact.

OneLife Health & Performance is a health & aesthetic medical clinic in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We are a preventative, lifestyle medicine practice that specializes in health optimization, medical weight loss, hormone therapy, IV therapy, medical aesthetics, lasers, and more.

Expected hours: 40 per week
