In this role, you will :
Achieve both individual and branch sales objectives while meeting customer expectations.
Create and maintain valuable relationships with customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
Offer tailored financial solutions that align with customer goals.
Introduce optional insurance products to customers.
Help customers clearly understand their loan terms and conditions.
Master credit underwriting techniques and sales tools.
Oversee the complete loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Location : On site.
The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with potential extended hours including Saturdays as needed.
