Key Responsibilities
Achieve individual and branch sales goals while exceeding customer expectations.
Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the entire loan process and its lifecycle.
Present tailored financial solutions that align with customer goals.
Offer optional insurance products to enhance customer coverage.
Clearly explain the terms and conditions of loans to ensure customer understanding.
Collaborate with local businesses to identify and develop new customer opportunities.
Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools for effective loan processing.
Manage the complete loan lifecycle, including collections, while adhering to all regulations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Skills
Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
Bi-lingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
