What are the responsibilities and job description for the Email Program Manager position at OneMain Financial?
We are currently seeking an Email Program Manager for our Marketing team in Wilmington, DE (Hybrid), Baltimore, MD (Hybrid). This role is responsible for driving the success of the company’s multi-million-dollar email acquisition channel by supporting the team in executing high-impact, day-to-day email marketing initiatives.
A successful candidate will possess experience and a strong passion for email marketing, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage the complexities of this dynamic and highly specialized channel.
In the Role
- Assists with the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns
- Communicate with other teams about requirements and timelines for email campaigns
- Document and maintain detailed records of system changes, requirements, identified issues and resolutions
- Maintain email tracking spreadsheets to monitor campaign performance
- Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting
- Present insights on past email performance and future strategies to stakeholders, showcasing analytical skills and a clear understanding of campaign results.
- Audit and review email campaign setups and proofread test emails
- Research and provide email creative competitive analysis
- Support upcoming Adobe ESP transition process
- Assist email team with data collection and research as needed
- Work cross functionally as needed to help coordinate multi-team projects & campaigns
Requirements
- 2-3 years of marketing experience; 1-2 years of email marketing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Detail-oriented, organized with the ability to manage complex projects
- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant college degree required
