Work as a team or individually, with moderate supervision on licensing matters; coordinate the acquisition of State Consumer Finance, Mortgage licenses and local city / county business licenses; assist internal customers (e.g., Attorneys, State Exam Team and Regulatory Reporting) in analyzing and resolving licensing issues and / or state regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

In the Role

• Receive and review request for State and / or local city / county lending licenses.
• Coordinate with internal departments in obtaining necessary information and documentation for filing new, maintaining, or renewing individual, branch, or company licenses.
• Maintains records, compiles information, and submits the necessary forms to keep companies, branches and loan officers licensed.
• Submits materials to state and governmental agencies for new license as and / or for license renewals.
• Respond to questions and / or provide advice regarding licensing policies, procedures, or state regulations.
• Assist with Special Projects as required.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of the State Licensing Information Management System "SLIM."

Baltimore, MD Pay Transparency : Target base salary range is $40,000-60,000, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance
