We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEO Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee key aspects of our SEO program, manage critical workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Creative, Legal / Compliance, and Analytics to drive organic growth and visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SEO best practices, content management, and local SEO strategy.

In the Role

• Load and manage content updates using our CMS (Contentful).
• Lead and manage calls and agendas with key SEO vendors (e.g., Conductor, Chatmeter, Milestone).
• Maintain the content calendar, support editorial planning, and facilitate legal approvals for published content.
• Update and maintain branch addresses and local listings while supporting authority-building activities.
• Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Conductor, Google Analytics) to inform strategies, test initiatives, and track performance.
• Compile and deliver consistent reporting on organic performance and optimization progress.
• Answer general SEO questions, support training efforts, and help integrate SEO practices across teams.
• Assist with quarterly technical audits and provide basic guidance on schema and other technical SEO best practices.

Target base salary range is $60,000 - $80,000, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
