What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP/MD Business Ops Improvement position at OneMain Financial?
In the Role you will:
- Drive One Main’s operational strategy and continuous improvement agenda
- Develop and evolve the organization’s strategy around how we organize our operations teams including rolling out and tracking pilots, scaling successful initiatives and designing new ones
- Drive key initiatives prioritization including ones across technology, analytics and product
- Help determine and establish the appropriate metrics by which to measure and monitor performance of various operational teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with our business objectives.
Requirements
- 12 years in professional settings, with a preference for backgrounds in change management, business analytics, technology rollout, or consulting.
- BA required; MBA or other technical graduate degree preferred.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering results and leadership in complex and strategic initiatives.
- Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex initiatives and projects.
- Superior organizational and analytical skills, with expertise in required tools like Microsoft Office.
