Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex digital solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, goals, and standards, and driving technical innovation and advancing techniques and technologies. Key responsibilities include leading and managing agile development teams, establishing credibility as an engineer, coach, and leader, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage one or more agile development teams of 10 individuals within Customer Communications Technology Lane
- Collaborate on and influence cross-organization and cross-product initiatives
- Partner with peers and leaders across organizational boundaries, communicating effectively with people throughout the organization
- Establish credibility as an engineer, coach, and leader by driving technical innovation and advancing techniques and technologies
- Partner with product managers and engineering resources to ensure that products are defined, architected, implemented, delivered, and supported in alignment with organizational strategy, goals, and standards
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience working in software engineering, enterprise, and mixed technology environments
- Strong background in software engineering, preferably contact center solutions
- Proven experience leading complex, distributed, and/or enterprise systems
- Direct experience and proficiency with one or more programming languages such as but not limited to: JavaScript, GraphQL, Production experience with: HDFS, YARN, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Oozie / Airflow, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker / Kubernetes, Snowflake
- Proficient with data mining/programming tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, R, Python), database technologies (e.g. PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Greenplum), and data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy)
- Experienced in designing, implementing, and CI/CD pipelines in complex environments
- 3 years managing complex, distributed, and/or enterprise systems
