The Director of Quality Assurance (QA) will focus on the implementation, delivery, and adoption of various testing tools and frameworks across the OMF Technology organization. This role involves overseeing the selection and integration of testing solutions, enhancing test visualization, and assisting in the development of the overall testing strategy. The Director will work closely with delivery teams to foster effective collaborative relationships, ensuring the adoption of best practices in areas such as static analysis, code quality, and reporting. A critical aspect of the role is to establish effective feedback loops and champion the transition to modern testing methodologies, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and scriptless testing approaches, where appropriate. Additionally, the Director will guide the ongoing transformation towards SDET mindset promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.This role is Hybrid. You should be located within a commutable distance to one of our offices located in Baltimore MD, Charlotte NC, Wilmington DE, Evansville IN, Chicago IL, or Dallas / Fort Worth TX. Target base salary range is $150k -$190k, which is based on various factors including skills, work experience, and location.
