JOB SUMMARY
Job Profile Summary
Performs routine analyzer maintenance and calibrations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Understand sample system designs and maintenance. Performs a specialized level of work including installation, troubleshooting, calibrating, maintaining, and repair of various electrical / electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, analyzers, measurement, control and automation systems, and related equipment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Maintain plant analyzers, CEMS systems, and O2 analyzers.
- Install, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate / adjust, and maintain the following equipment including, but not limited to :
Calorimeters
Gravitometers / DensitometersChromatographsTelemetering systemsMoisture analyzersESD systemsElectronic odorization systemsFlow computersPH and conductivity probesInstrumentationMeter tubes and orifice platesSatellite equipmentAnalytical equipmentSupervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and remote terminal units and equipmentDistributed Control System (DCS)Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systemsPerform preventative maintenance and / or analytical testing on compressors / engines, drivers, and auxiliary equipmentMaintain electrical power circuits, switch gear, and power distribution including high voltagePerform and / or observe measurement equipment witness testsInstall and maintain security / intrusion systemsDrive and ensure maintenance is complete on company vehiclesMaintain, calculate and prepare reports and records including, but not limited to :Maintenance and repair records
